Detailed Information for Exhibitors
$600 for VASS Business Affiliate Members
Provides ONE (8’ x 6’) Booth and TWO Complimentary Annual Conference Registrations.
If you wish to have more than two representatives of your company attend the Annual Conference, each additional registrant will be charged $175.
If you are NOT ALREADY a VASS Business Affiliate Member but would like to join so that you can become an Exhibitor at the Annual Conference and receive VASS benefits throughout the year, please click here for the Affiliate Membership Page.
If you sign up as an Exhibitor, your Affiliate Membership fee will be reduced to $400 and your membership will not expire until June 30, 2014.
Booths will be on display from 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 5, through 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7.
Conference participants will be encouraged to visit booths each day during breakfast (7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.), morning breaks, free time during the afternoons, and evening receptions each day.
Exhibitors are asked to set up their display in their assigned booth between noon and 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 5.
Exhibitors are asked to break down their displays between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7.
Each booth is 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep.
Please do not plan to bring a set-up which will not fit into the 8’ x 6’ booth space.
If you need more room to accommodate your display, you may choose to register for a second booth. The Exhibitor Fee will be doubled, and you will be allowed FOUR Complimentary Registrations for your Company Representatives.
Booth Set-Up Provided:
Hollins Exposition Services will be handling the basic set-up of booths in the exhibition area.
The following will be provided and set up for each booth:
Pipe and Drape
Backdrape (8’ high)
Side Dividers (3’ high)
Booth Identification Sign (1)
Six foot, draped table (1)
Chairs (2) (additional chairs available upon request)
Electrical Outlet (1)
During the second week in April, you will receive an information packet from Hollins Exposition Services which includes a list of other items (such as carpet, additional display tables, additional electrical outlets, and the like) which you may choose to rent from them directly for an additional fee.
Booth Display Shipments
All advance freight should be shipped to Hollins Exposition Services.
Shipments can arrive as early as Friday, April 12, 2013.
Shipments MUST arrive by April 29, 2013.

Registering as an Exhibitor
If your business would like to become an Exhibitor at the Annual Conference, please contact Liza Scallet at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be sent an invoice in May, AFTER the VASS Annual Conference.
The fee for businesses which are already VASS Affiliate Members is $600. The fee for businesses which have just joined VASS as Affiliate Members is $1,000, which includes the reduced fee of $400 for a one-year membership in VASS that is good until June 30, 2014. If you register more than two representatives, you will be billed $75 each for those additional representatives.
A limited number of booths can be accommodated in the exhibition space. Last year we had more requests than we were able to honor. To reserve your space, please sign up to become an Exhibitor as soon as possible.
Registering Exhibitor Representatives
Your Exhibition Fee includes TWO Complimentary Registrations for Representatives of your company to attend the Annual Conference. If you wish to have more than two representatives attend the conference, you are welcome to do so for an additional $175 fee.
The DEADLINE for submitting Exhibitor Representative Registrations is Friday, April 26, 2013.

Please be sure that you fill in the final email at the bottom of each Exhibitor Registration Form you submit so that you receive an automatic confirmation that each registration has been received. This confirmation email will also contain the list of the optional conference activities which the Exhibitor Representative has chosen to attend.
