Information for Sponsors

Sponsors at the VASS Annual Conference gain great exposure to VASS Superintendents and other Affiliate Members of the organization through their interactions at various presentations, receptions and meals, a host of self-improvement activities and seminars, and the many short breaks between sessions.

To become a Sponsor, your company must join VASS as an Affiliate Member first. The standard Affiliate Member fee of $500 is reduced to $400 if your company becomes a Sponsor at the same time, and your membership will not expire until June 30, 2014. Click here for more information.

An Affiliate Member is charged an additional $1,600 to sponsor a speaker or an activity at the Annual Conference. A Sponsor receives the following special benefits:

--  THREE complimentary registrations for the Annual Conference.

--  A free full-page ad in the Annual Conference Program.

--  The printing of the Affiliate Member’s logo and an acknowledgement of sponsorship in the program.

--  Recognition of all representatives prior to the sponsored session or event and an expression of thanks by the presiding VASS officer or staff member.

--  The opportunity to say a few words of welcome to superintendents before the sponsored session or event.

--  The opportunity to place the Affiliate Member’s promotional materials at the place setting of each conference/workshop participant or on the VASS registration table.
