RE:  Hotel Arrangements for May 6-9 VASS Annual Conference

The Hotel Roanoke is full for the May 6-9 VASS Annual Conference, so if you have not made reservations, we suggest that you either call the Hotel Roanoke at (540) 985-5900 and put your name on a waiting list and/or make your reservations at the Roanoke Sheraton by calling (540) 563-9300.  We have reserved 15 rooms under VASS at the government rate at the Roanoke Sheraton.

and will honor the Government rate of $96.  They will also provide shuttle service to Hotel Roanoke.

The restraunt will be open at 6am for a full buffet breakfast that is delicious or your guests may order off the menu as well.  Bike rentals will be available to ride on the 12 mile greenway located directly across from the hotel.   There is a state of the art fitness center and indoor pool/spa area for your convenience.  The outside patio is also a great place to have coffee and a bagel in the morning or enjoy in the afternoon as well.
