Following and throughout enrollment, we supply an Employee Advocate. The Employee Advocate provides effective communication and personal support for all plan members. At Pierce Insurance Agency, we provide year-round enrollment using Benefits Administration systems, along with consolidated billing, helping to reduce administrative burden. In addition to onsite enrollment, we offer other COVID-19 compliant enrollment options such as online and call center enrollment. To help support HR, we provide consulting and audit support to meet legal obligations and remain compliant.
