More than sixty percent of educators have student loan debt, and that debt weighs heavily on their decision to stay in the profession. This session, designed for school administrators and principals, will share research results about the problem, and how employers can implement unique strategies to help reduce the burden of student loan debt, improving the ability to recruit and retain employees.
